Nexus Point is an international business events company specialising in the conceptualisation, organisation, management, and delivery of conferences, summits, exhibitions, executive forums, leadership programs, awards ceremonies, workshops, training programs, networking events, and related business activities across multiple industries.
By registering for, attending, sponsoring, exhibiting at, speaking at, or participating in any event organised by Nexus Point, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2.1 Registration. All registrations are subject to review and acceptance by Nexus Point. Nexus Point reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion to ensure the quality, relevance, security, and integrity of its events.
2.2 Payment. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nexus Point.
2.3 Pricing. All fees are quoted in the applicable currency (USD, INR, AED, or other specified currency) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until registration has been confirmed.

If a registration is declined by Nexus Point, any payment received will be refunded in full through the original payment method.
4.1 Cancellation Requests. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@nexuspointhq.com.
4.2 Refund Policy. Cancellation requests received more than 30 calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Requests received 30 calendar days or less before the event are not eligible for any refund.
4.3 Delegate Substitutions. Registered delegates may nominate a substitute attendee from the same organisation at no additional cost by notifying Nexus Point at least seven (7) business days prior to the event.
Nexus Point reserves the right to modify the event agenda, change or substitute speakers, amend session timings, change the venue, postpone or cancel the event, or modify the event format (physical, virtual or hybrid) where circumstances require. In the event of postponement, registrations will automatically be transferred to the revised event date unless otherwise communicated.
Nexus Point shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, postponement or cancellation arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, war, industrial disputes, transportation disruptions, power failures, internet outages, or any other force majeure event.
By attending a Nexus Point event, participants grant Nexus Point the unrestricted right to photograph, film, livestream, record audio and video, and use such materials for promotional, educational, editorial, archival, marketing, and commercial purposes across print, digital, broadcast, and social media platforms without further consent or compensation. Participants who do not wish to appear in official event media should notify Nexus Point in writing before the commencement of the event.
All event content including presentations, publications, recordings, branding, graphics, event materials, websites, mobile applications, reports, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Nexus Point or their respective owners. No material may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, copied or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from participation in any event or the use of its services. Nexus Point's total liability shall not exceed the total registration fee paid by the participant for the relevant event.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or participation in any Nexus Point event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nexus Point reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the official website shall supersede all previous versions.

By registering for any Nexus Point event, you acknowledge and consent that your professional contact information (name, job title, organisation, business email, business phone, country, and professional interests) may be shared with event hosts, sponsors, exhibitors, strategic partners and approved participants for business networking, B2B meetings, matchmaking, partnership opportunities, lead generation, event follow-up, industry collaboration, and future event invitations.
Nexus Point does not sell personal information for unrelated commercial purposes. Sensitive personal information including payment details, financial information and government-issued identification will never be shared with sponsors or exhibitors.
Participants who wish to opt out of such data sharing must notify Nexus Point in writing prior to the event. Please note that opting out may limit participation in networking programmes, delegate directories or hosted buyer initiatives.
To facilitate business networking, Nexus Point may create Delegate Directories, Event Mobile Applications, Hosted Buyer Programmes, Business Matchmaking Platforms, and Meeting Scheduling Systems. By registering, participants consent to their professional profile being made available to other registered delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, strategic partners and event hosts for legitimate business networking purposes. Participants may request exclusion from delegate directories by submitting a written request before the event.
Nexus Point implements appropriate administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Although every reasonable effort is made to protect information, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
By registering for our events or subscribing to our services, you consent to receive communications relating to conferences, summits, exhibitions, awards, executive forums, industry reports, newsletters, promotional offers, and partner activities. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@nexuspointhq.com. All cancellations are subject to written acknowledgement by Nexus Point.
More than 30 calendar days before the event: Participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
30 calendar days or less before the event: No refund shall be applicable.
If Nexus Point declines a registration because the participant does not meet the event eligibility criteria, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 14 business days from the date of written confirmation. The time required for funds to be credited to the participant's account depends on the issuing bank or payment provider. Bank charges, foreign exchange differences and transaction fees imposed by financial institutions shall be borne by the participant. Refunds will be made through the original payment method wherever possible; for payments made by bank transfer or cash, participants may be required to provide valid bank account details for processing the refund.
